Shipping policy
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days prior to being shipped out. Please note that any order placed after 4pm will be processed on the next business day. Depending on the shipping destination, the processing + shipping process takes 7-24 business days unless expedited. Orders are solely shipped via USPS. Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their order details are accurate to ensure that there are no shipping issues. In the event that your address is incorrect, please email our customer service PRIOR to the order being shipped. Please note that is a an act of courtesy and we are not liable if changes are not made in time for accurate processing by our distribution team. In addition, orders will not be shipped on weekends or on traditional US holidays. Sis Wins is not liable for any orders affected by any issue which occurs once the package has left our facility once a tracking number has been provided whatsoever.
